Jane Fonda 80, is promoting her new documentary ‘Jane Fonda In Five Acts’ and during the press tour the actress talked about aging gracefully and admitted she’s not crediting look great at her age to good genes only. “I’m glad I look good for my age, but I’ve had plastic surgery,” she confessed in the new HBO documentary about her life Jane Fonda in Five Acts. “I’m not going to lie about that.”
“On one level, I hate the fact that I’ve had the need to alter myself physically to feel that I’m OK. I wish I wasn’t like that. I love older faces. I love lived-in faces. I loved Vanessa Redgrave’s face. I wish I was braver. But I am what I am.”
Dr. Adam Hamawy, who have not worked with Jane specifically, spoke to CloserWeekly about the potential procedures she may have done: “She’s probably had a facelift, brow lift, and skin from her upper lids and lower eyelids tightened. She also looks like she’s had laser skin resurfacing or deep chemical peels and fillers to maintain those high cheekbones.”
“It appears that she may have had surgery on her eyelids and brow, as well as her jawline and neck. The result is very nice and she looks natural so her surgeon did a good job.”
Dr. Vartan Mardirossian added: “[It seems she may have gotten] Botox to the forehead as her eyebrows are a little lower when they start curving close to the nose. [She also may have gotten] fillers in the cheeks as their contour and volume are perfect, [and she] may have done some fillers to the lips.” He continued, “[She] likely [got a] facelift and neck lift as she has no jowling and no relaxed skin of the upper neck is seen.”
For us she will always be a timeless beauty!
