After a night of Christmas celebrations at Buckingham Palace, Kate Middleton and Prince William arrived at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus on their one day trip to meet the servicemen and their families living at the base.
Kate spoke to the invited wives, partners, grandparents and children: “Not only are we grateful for you coming here to join our party, but also for the sacrifices you make on a daily basis on behalf of the nation.”
The Duchess looked so chic in a forest green blazer, possibly form Smythe, and matching light green clutch by L.K.Bennett. For a super nice business casual look she paired the look with black wide-leg trousers and a white shirt. She accessorized with Asprey diamond hoop earrings and olive pumps. Perfection! Love seeing Kate in pants!
Kate has worn the same blazer to the London Olympics in 2012 and to the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Yesterday during the day William and Kate hosted a Christmas party for families from RAF Coningsby and RAF Marham who have a relative deployed in Cyprus.
In the evening The Duchess attended the annual diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace. Kate looked like a real-life princess in her favorite Lover’s Knot Tiara that used to belong to her late mother-in-law Princess Diana. She also wore Diana’s Collingwood pear earrings on and a sequined gown and finished off her look with her up hair in a classic updo.
