The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Leicester City today to pay respect to the city this week after a tragic helicopter crash there last month. During their walkabout, Kate talked to some of the people, who were gathered there to greet them. There the Duchess revealed how her kids are calling their Royal dad Prince William.
Fionna Sturgess, who is a Leicester City Football Club season ticket holder, shared her conversation with the Duchess to People magazine. Kate said that William was playing football with the children last night and one of them said, I think it was George, ‘Are you playing football tomorrow, Pops?’”
The Duchess also shared her excitement for Meghan Markle and her new baby when a woman asked her about it. “Yeah, absolutely, [I’m excited for Meghan and her new baby],” Kate said. “It’s such a special time to have all the kiddies and a cousin for George and Charlotte as well as Louis so it’ll be really special.”
