Social media can be a very cruel place especially if you are in the public eye for some reason. We have seen it happen before when some trolls, who are hiding behind their computer screen, accuse and attack people for the most ridiculous reasons – from accusing Ariana Grande of not griefing the right way the death of her ex, to now, mommy-shamming Kourtney Kardashian for leaving her son’s hair long.

The mother of three recently shared a photo of her and her youngest child, Reign, sitting by the pool. She captioned the pic, “online shopping.” There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the photo, but some people always find something negative to say – in this case, attacking her for his lengthy locks.

“Cut his hair. So ridiculous [sic],” wrote one. “And don’t state that he wants it that long. Dear god, he is a child, he does not know any better. You did the same with Mason. What is your point?” Another simply wrote, “Cut that poor child’s hair.”

“Reign needs a haircut,” and “Trim that girl’s hair,” so rude!

Despite all the hate, there were people who came to Kourtney’s defense: “Comments regarding innocent children are so unnecessary,” wrote one Instagram user. “He’s a little boy for goodness sake…long hair, short hair, no hair…does it really matter?”

“All these people out here tryna say they confuse Reign for a girl simply cos he has long hair,” the user wrote. “Oh yeah, I mistake Harry Styles and Jared Leto for women all the time smdh get a life! He looks fabulous, the same as the rest of the family.”

This is not the first time Kourtney faces criticism. Over the summer she was shammed again after Scott shared a photo of himself and their oldest son Mason. People, then, were slamming Kourtney for not tweezing her sons’ eyebrows. Like, really, people?! He is a CHILD! It’s people like that make me question the existence of humanity in people nowadays.
