Usually members of the British royal family don’t agree to take any selfies with members of the crowd, but exceptions can be done when adorably cute fans are among the well wishers and are wearing an empowering women t-shirt. During Meghan and Harry’s walkabout in Sydney, Australia, the Duchess posed with a young girl for a photo, taken by Harry himself. What a memory for this girl!
E! News reports that one onlooker in the crowd told Meghan: “We feel she looks a bit like you when you were younger.” She replied, “I was literally about to say the same thing!” Harry looked so excited to see his wife’s little look alike that he even asked for someone’s camera in the crowd and made his wife take a photo with the young fan.

Just to compare this what Meghan looked like when she was about this age:
BBC reports that back in December 2017 Meghan told a fan in the crowd: “We’re not allowed to do selfies,” when someone asked to take one with her during an engagement in Nottingham. This is considered to be understood rule as a preference of the Queen, who has said she “[misses] eye contact.”
This is not the first time a member of the royal family poses for a photo with a fan, though. During the same trip Prince Harry took a selfie with a member of the crowd:
And during the second day of the tour Meghan took a group photo with a few well-wishers:
