The Duchess of Cambridge has officially returned to royal duties after her maternity leave. Today she is visiting The Sayers Croft Trust Forest School and Wildlife Garden in Paddington to see the impact the charity has had on the children’s emotional and physical wellbeing. She is back in her Zara jeans and Penelope Chilvers boots. Her Fjällräven jacket, jumper and Joseph shirt are new.
“It is traditional for new royal mums to take a six-month break from official engagements,” royal biographer, Duncan Larcombe previously told BAZAAR.com. She still, though made surprise appearances over the summer at family events like Trooping the Colour, Prince Louis’ Christening, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.

Video: Kate is hugged by reception kids (ages 4&5) from St Augustine’s CoE Primary in Kilburn. So sweet! Kate asks them what their favourite thing about forest school. “Eating!” says one & Kate giggles. #kate #duchessofcambridge pic.twitter.com/icqAhZDYhj
