Last month Kensington Palace announced the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their first child together, five months after their wedding.
Now an insider with internal information has placed “big money” on the couple that they will have twins and everyone is freaking out! The bookmakers have been forced to refuse to take any further bets as the price was as high as 5/1 before the suspension.
A spokesman for the Irish bookmakers said to The Daily Mail: “We had to suspend betting. We saw an almost identical pattern of betting before the announcements of the couple’s engagement and pregnancy. An unprecedented amount of bets on Meghan and Harry to have twins has forced us to stop taking bets on the market altogether this morning. Since the day began, the stream of bets has led us to believe that perhaps the punters – or an insider source – knows something more than we do.”
So far nothing is confirmed by the palace and most likely it will never be since it’s a tradition to keep the baby’s sex a secret until the actual birth. For now, we only know that the Duchess is due sometime in Spring 2019. If these speculations turn out to be true this would be the first time in over 600 years for the royal family, with the last set of twins born to Jean Beaufort, the Queen of Scotland – who gave birth to twin boys in 1430.
Harry and Meghan announced that they are moving to the countryside into a bigger place to raise their growing family. Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, who has just moved to the UK, could join them, and there would be room for a live-in nanny.
