Jennifer Lopez appeared in a new photo shoot for InStyle magazine and showed more than ever before. In the magazine’s December the mother of two, who is nearing 50 looks smashing in a metallic green Valentino Haute Couture while showing off infamous curves.

For her stunning looks at almost 50 Jennifer credits three things: no caffeine, no alcohol and lots of sleep. “I’ve taken care of myself, and now it shows,” she told the magazine. “In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture. It was just like, ‘Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good,’” she said.

In the magazine, Jennifer admits that the social media days are way better than the tabloid era in the early 2000s. “It was actually worse then,” she says about starting out in the industry. “It was just crazy. Now at least I can show you who I am a little bit. Back then you just believed anything you read on the cover of a tabloid. Many times it wasn’t true, or it was like a third of the truth.”

She did acknowledge that social media it’s different for young actors who “didn’t live through the tabloid era.” “Now I sound like my mom. ‘I used to walk uphill to school before there were cars!’”

Jennifer’s shoot inspired four other women to recreate it and show how proud they are of their bodies the way they are. The Sun picked four confident women to talk about which parts of their bodies they are the happiest with and the results are so inspiring!

Claire David said:  “Today is a huge step for me. I underwent weight-loss surgery in 2016. I used to be a size 28 and tipped the scales at 23 stone but now I’m a size 16.

Yumiko Hanaska shared: “My body has changed a lot. I never did anything in my 20s to stay slim. Now, I enjoy horse riding and yoga to stay fit. My favorite part of my body is my legs because they’re the only part that hasn’t changed much. My tummy has changed the most – and my arms and shoulders.”

“Today has made me feel really confident.”

Juliana Formicola said: “J-Lo is ageless – she looks sensational but she looks after herself. My favorite part of my body is my legs. Like most women, my belly is my least favorite part as weight goes straight there. My bum isn’t as bootylicious as J-Lo’s but it’s toned from all the cycling I do.”

Sarah Fola Eddo admitted: “Posing like J-Lo for me was a wonderful challenge to accept. I am about to turn 50 and I figure if J-Lo can do it so can I.

“I met inspirational women of all shapes and sizes who were proud of their bodies.
